Principle is that the essence and bactericide is coated using high molecular materials to form a small ball of core-shell structure. The fragrance in the ball is released through the molecules' gaps on the shell outward, and the release rate can be artificially controlled. The diameters of the micro-capsules are generally between 2-10 microns, and the aqueous suspension of micro-capsules per milliliter contains about 1780-2200 ten thousands of the capsules. There are about 7 to 10 ten thousands of micro-capsules per square centimeter reacted to the fibers. Ordinary micro-capsules are stuck on fiber by adhesive action, don't washable. Our products adopt bonding technology to make the micro-capsules react with fiber to form a whole, so the antibacterial rate is higher. The antibacterial agent used by our co***ny is oil soluble and therefore the products have a lasting effect, more powerful preventing and removing beriberi function, efficient addition odor component. ***ected by the National Textile Testing Center, the antibacterial rate of our antibacterial deodorizing socks is more than 99 percent after washing the socks for more than 100 times; fragrance is indelible and after washing for the first time, its elegant fragrance may be kept for 6 months.
